Full Job Description
Support adults with learning disabilities and autism as a Health and Social Care Apprentice, developing practical care skills in day centres and community settings. You will deliver person centred support, assist with daily living and activities, and complete a Level 2 Adult Care Worker programme while gaining valuable experience.
