As an Apprentice Care and Support Assistant, you’ll support residents in everyday moments, help run activities and build confidence while working towards a fully funded Level 2 Adult Care Worker qualification with real progression opportunities.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: 37.5 hours per week, worked onsite as part of the Retirement Community team. Shifts may include daytime, evening or weekend work depending on service needs.
