Our contract support team plays an important role ensuring our operational colleagues can deliver a great service to our customer, SGN and throughout this apprenticeship, you will spend time with several teams including planning, streetworks and commercial.   • Plan and schedule work orders
  • Ensure all details related to work orders are captured in the system
  • Prepare reports
  • Ensure that permits requested from the council are accurate
  • Manage customer calls related to site conditions and work defects.
