Full Job Description
As an Apprentice Admin Assistant, you'll be:
- Responding to incoming emails, and directing queries to the appropriate teams
- Scheduling meetings, maintaining shared calendars and booking meeting rooms
- Preparing reports, drafting documents and maintaining accurate digital and physical records
- Photocopying, scanning, filing and organising documents to support team activities
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering office supplies as required
- Raising and processing Purchase Order numbers for approval and sign-off
- Updating internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy Don't worry - you won't be expected to know everything from day one. You'll be trained, supported, and guided throughout your apprenticeship.
- Have GCSEs in Maths and English with level 4 or above
- Have a positive work ethic and enthusiastic approach to activities undertaken
- Work well as part of a team, and on your own initiative to achieve company goals
- Have Good communication skills
