An exciting opportunity has arisen within the East Integrated Community Mental Health Team which is based at North Moor Hose, Northallerton.
East Integrated CommunityMental Health Team supports Adults with mild to severe mental health difficulties using a multi-disciplinary approach. We are excited to be offering anApplied Psychologist post within this team.
We are a service that strives to deliver excellent standards of care and we are looking for a highly motivated practitioners. The Applied Psychologist role is key to the provision of high-quality care for patients, carers, and families. This role is highly valued in the team, Care Group and within the Trust, with good professional support.
Applicants must ensure that prior to applying they have agreement from their current line manager that they can be released on a secondment basis. In the event that permanent funding is secured for this post the successful applicant will be confirmed in post on a permanent basis., The post holder will provide specialist psychological assessments, formulation and therapies and be part of an MDT approach. Alongside direct clinical work, providing consultation, training, and clinical supervision to other team members as well as trainee and assistant psychologists are integral to the role.
The post holder may have to travel across the locality as required, therefore transport is essential. The post holder will hold and will use valid UK driving licence OR provides evidence of proposed alternative.
