Applications Support Analyst & Developer

The role is to support, develop and continually improve the organisation's business applications and associated systems. The role combines technical development with application support and analysis, ensuring that systems are reliable, secure, effective and aligned with business requirements.

Working closely with users, IT colleagues and third-party suppliers, the role is responsible for understanding business needs, troubleshooting application issues, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing and implementing technical solutions. This includes developing and enhancing applications, integrations, reports and automated processes, while maintaining appropriate documentation, testing and support.
