AP Apprentice

Conrad Energy are currently recruiting for an AP Apprentice to join their growing team. We are committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace where our employees thrive. This role sits within a team of 4 that reports into the AP Manager. You will have ownership of a set of supplier accounts, including monthly reconciliations., As an AP Apprentice you will be responsible for:
· Processing and entering supplier invoices making sure that they are matched to PO's correctly
· Resolving supplier queries and covering other team members accounts when they are away from the business.
· You will assist in compiling weekly payments, ensuring that invoices are settled within their agreed payment terms.
· There is a shared mailbox that you will work on with the team, making sure that any items are re-directed / actioned on a daily basis.
· You will maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external customers
· Sorting and distributing of daily post
· Any other ad hoc duties

· Knowledge/interest in an AP role, including multi entity
· Organised with attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
As this is an apprenticeship-style role, comprehensive training will be provided, including the opportunity to complete a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
