Full Job Description

This role is customer-focused and will require a strong team player who can support colleagues and managers with case management, offer advice and support in training, and liaise with external agencies as needed. You will compile evidence, take witness statements, provide effective witness support, and support in cases that get to court. You will also work closely with local authority partners to ensure our customers' needs are met, and will maintain up to date knowledge of housing legislation and best practices.

Our ideal candidate will need good knowledge and best practice of ASB and tenancy fraud, and housing legislation. You'll also have an awareness and understanding of the social housing sector, so previous experience in housing would be beneficial. You'll have experience in investigatory work, ASB, or similar. And will have experience working in a customer centred role, with the necessary strong communication skills to work with both customers and partner agencies. An appropriate professional qualification is an advantage but is not essential.

As this role involves travel, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is a requirement. Business mileage will be paid. This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check which will be carried out upon successful appointment.

Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, you'll cover the North Hampshire area. We offer a flexible approach to working between home and the office, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.
