anESC Assistant

We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Employee Service Centre (ESC) Assistant to join our Employee Service Centre team. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As anESC Assistant you will provide first-line support to employees and managers on recruitment and employee - related queries. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring processes are completed efficiently and in line with NHS and Trust policies and procedures. At the heart of our team is a commitment to delivering a great employee experience. As an ESC Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting employees throughout their employment journey while helping to deliver an efficient, professional, and customer-focused HR service.
