We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Business Analytics team as anAnalytics Business Partner. This senior role will give the chance to work closely with senior team members, providing high-quality, evidence-based insights that drive strategic decisions. This position

Ensure Report Accuracy and Availability:Collaborate with business users to understand reports and ensure outputs are high-quality. Develop Reports and Dashboards:Create new reports and dashboards to help users gain insights and make evidence-based decisions. Improve Data Quality and Integration:Test new data sources, automate existing reports, and support data quality initiatives. Drive Reporting Innovation:Enhance reporting and visualization techniques, promoting self-service analytics and raising awareness of available data sources. Qualifications What We're Looking For: Technical Skills:Proficient in Tableau (or similar) for creating reports and dashboards, basic SQL and experience with Snowflake. Analytical Approach:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data integrity and a commercial
attitude. Experience and Qualifications:Degree qualified, 3-5years in a commercial or financial analytics role. Communication Skills:Ability to guide users, document processes, and communicate complex data concepts clearly. Proactive Learner:Self-motivated with a willingness to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing needs.
