Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop cost models and analyse project performance using quantitative methods.Support cost planning, forecasting and CAPEX tracking across development projects.Analyse cost variances, risks and contractor submissions using data-led approaches.Produce structured commercial insights to support decision-making.Assist procurement analysis and commercial governance processes.Build analytical frameworks to improve efficiency and cost transparency.
About YouBackground in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics or similar analytical discipline.Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel/modelling capability.Detail-oriented with a logical, evidence-based approach to problem solving.Comfortable working with complex datasets and translating analysis into clear commercial insights.Curious, analytical and motivated to challenge traditional industry thinking.
