In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive anaesthetic care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, as well as manage critically ill patients in our intensive care unit. Your expertise will be essential in performing pre-operative assessments, developing anaesthetic plans, and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical process. You will also be responsible for monitoring patients in the post-operative phase, managing pain relief, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care. A commitment to continuous professional development and participation in clinical audits will be expected as part of our culture of quality improvement. To be successful in this role, you must have a, recognized medical degree and hold a valid license to practice medicine in the UK. You should be on the Specialist Register

for Anaesthetics or be within 6 months of completion of your training in Anaesthesia, A strong background in critical care medicine is highly desirable.
