We are seeking passionate, motivated Band 5 Anaesthetic Practitioners to join our expanding theatre teams at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, to include working in our brand-new, state-of-the-art operating theatres known as the Cancer and Surgical Innovation Centre (CASIC).

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of surgical innovation while also gaining a wide range of experience across our established main theatres, day surgery unit, and other clinical areas requiring anaesthetic support. We are looking for flexible practitioners who thrive in a varied and dynamic working environment.

In this role, you won't just be doing a job -- you'll be shaping the future of healthcare while developing a wide-ranging skill set.

• Work across CASIC theatres, main theatres, day surgery and other areas requiring anaesthetic support
• Work alongside world-leading surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
• Be part of a centre driving research, education, and training
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge and robotic surgical techniques
• Contribute to the expansion of robotic surgery, building on Royal Surrey's reputation as a national and international leader
• Your Role

As a Band 5 Anaesthetic Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, safe anaesthetic care across a range of clinical environments
• Support patients through the most critical moments of their surgical journey
• Work flexibly across different departments including theatres and day surgery
• Collaborate within dynamic, multidisciplinary teams
• Develop your skills in both innovative and established clinical settings
