Anaesthetic and Critical Care Rota Coordinator

Coordinate and manage Anaesthetics and ICU medical rotas, ensuring compliance with Working Time Regulations and Trust policies. Monitor rota gaps, arrange appropriate cover including locums, and update rotas for leave, sickness, and service changes. Support junior doctor induction and act as a key contact for rota queries. Maintain staffing systems, produce reports, liaise with clinical and HR teams, and support service improvement and workforce planning.
