ideas, establish effective processes, and take ownership of the team's ongoing development, playing a key role in shaping how the function operates and evolves.Day to day, you can expect your responsibilities to include:Leading the firm's client and matter inception and centralised AML processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsManaging, developing and supporting the Work Acceptance Team, promoting high performance, consistency and continuous improvementOverseeing AML policies, processes and controls, providing guidance on complex client due diligence, sanctions, PEPs and other AML mattersMaintaining the quality of client and matter data, including data cleansing, reporting, auditing and supporting internal and external auditsManaging third-party AML screening and identity verification systems, ensuring they remain effective and fit for purposeDriving process improvements, contribute to strategic initiatives and maintain team procedures, guidance and trainingWhile this role
