team What We're Looking ForEssentialStrong hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts, either brand-side or agency-sideExcellent working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, with a clear understanding of the 1P modelDeep understanding of the commercial and operational levers that drive Amazon performance, including sales, margin, and catalogue healthStrong client and stakeholder management skills with confident written and verbal EnglishA commercially minded and analytical approach to turning data into useful insightsProactive, solutions-focused attitude with strong prioritization skills across multiple accountsSelf-aware, open to feedback, and motivated to keep learning DesirableExperience working in an agency or multi-client environmentExperience with eCommerce analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Helium 10, Keepa)Experience with other marketplaces (e.g., Zalando, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Allegro)Experience with Amazon Advertising or
