Alumni Engagement Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and organised Alumni Engagement Coordinator to join our Advancement team. In this exciting role, you will help build and maintain lifelong relationships with more than 160,000 alumni across 186 countries, delivering engaging communications that inspire graduates and supporters to stay connected with the University and support its future.
Working within the Alumni and Supporter Engagement team, you will coordinate and create compelling content across a variety of channels, ensuring that communications are targeted, timely and engaging. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling, social media, content creation, digital engagement and working with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will be a creative communicator who can develop engaging content and build effective relationships with colleagues, students and external partners. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and have a keen eye for detail.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
# A degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant area.
# Experience creating engaging content across a range of channels, such as email, websites, magazines, social media and video.
# Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
# The ability to build productive relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
# Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
# A proactive approach, using initiative and creativity to deliver engaging communications.
# A willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events and alumni activities.
