Salary: Scale 6 Starting at 30k (actual pro-rata salary) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full Time, Term Time Only at 39 Weeks We are currently looking to recruit two inspirational Alternative Provision Mentors to join our successful Alternative Provision team for the new academic year 25/26. The ideal candidates will be a highly motivated, empathetic and compassionate individuals who have a strong desire to inspire, and a passion for supporting and nurturing students with their learning. Communication skills are key to this role. You will be an ambitious team player who is keen to play their part in shaping the Alternative Provision department, in line with the college's mission, vision and strategic objectives. You will be supporting small groups of students with SEMH challenges who will need support to reengage with their studies and achieve their goals. As well as working collaboratively within the Alternative Provision team, you will need to demonstrate these skills when working with all other staff as well as students, parents and carers.
