We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to oversee the daily operations of our Alternative Provision Hub and ensure safeguarding support is consistently delivered across all offsite provisions. This role involves managing small groups of students within the AP Hub, supported by a team of Alternative Provision mentors. You will also conduct safeguarding audits at our satellite campuses, ensuring compliance and responding to any safeguarding needs as they arise. Working closely with onsite staff, you will help maintain a safe environment and uphold the college's safeguarding standards.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about safeguarding. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as is a commitment to shaping and developing the Alternative Provision department in line with the college's mission and strategic goals.
