We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for an Alternative Provision Learning Coach to support learners and teaching staff on our 14-16 pathway. If you're passionate about transforming lives through education and thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment, we want to hear from you!
As an Alternative Provision Learning Coach, your primary role will be to support learners across various groups, including but not limited to those on the 14-19 provision pathways, fostering their academic, personal, and social development. You will assist during both structured sessions and unstructured times, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for engagement and growth.
