We're looking for an experienced operator, couple or team with a passion for community pubs and wet-led businesses. You'll have strong commercial awareness, the ability to build lasting relationships with local customers and the confidence to create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Experience delivering successful sports viewing, entertainment, promotions and local events would be a distinct advantage.

You'll receive 20% of weekly wet sales excluding VAT and retain 100% of any food sales. Low ingoing costs start from just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal fee. Separate owner's accommodation is included, with most household bills covered apart from Council Tax and TV Licence.
