Air Export Agent

• Ensure the timely and accurate movement of air freight and related information
• Receive and check export documentation
• Prepare and process air export shipments
• Route shipments in line with customer and operational requirements
• Manage and monitor freight from receipt through to departure
• Track shipments and resolve issues proactively
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
Physical Requirements
• Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, scanner, etc.)
• Role is primarily desk-based
• Ability to write and handle documentation accurately
  
  Previous knowledge or experience within the global logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word or similar systems)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail, A proactive customer-focused mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage workloads effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to escalate issues where needed
• Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
