Join us and be part of a collaborative team committed to excellence and innovation.What You'll Do:Conduct preventive maintenance and routine checks on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment to ensure optimal operationDiagnose and repair faults in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems promptly and effectivelyManage and document maintenance activities, including logging equipment status and maintaining job worksheetsRequisition and verify materials and spare parts required for maintenance and repairsTroubleshoot malfunctions,
perform repairs, and make minor installation decisions as necessaryEnsure the safety of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems and liaise with subcontractors for safe maintenanceMake recommendations for equipment replacement when repair costs exceed replacement valueMaintain operational readiness by ensuring systems are on and functioning at the scheduled timesWhat You Bring:NVQ Level 3 qualification requiredA Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is an added advantageNHS or healthcare facilities experienceA formal qualification in Refrigeration and Air conditioning with experience in Air Conditioning and refrigeration Plant.Excellent communications both written and verbalNumerate and computer literateHigh level of inter personal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels and disciplines within the trustFlexible with the ability to work under pressure whilst looking for continual improvements to service deliveryFully aware of relevant Health and
