We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer to join a maintenance team based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer seeking a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position following an initial temporary period.
Essential Requirements
- F-Gas Category 1 Certification
- Minimum 7 years' experience within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry
- Strong knowledge of Split Systems and VRV/VRF Systems
- Experience providing first response to chiller faults
- Proven experience in air conditioning servicing, maintenance, and fault finding
- Ability to diagnose and rectify faults efficiently within a live environment
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on split, VRV, and VRF systems
- First response to chiller breakdowns and faults
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards
- Maintaining accurate service records and reports
