Daily food preparation
Preparing and serving fresh, high-quality café dishes
Supporting smooth service during busy periods and café events
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation
Following all health & safety and food safety procedures
Serving customers in a friendly, professional manner
Operating the till and handling payments accurately
Taking food and drink orders and answering customer queries
Keeping the café, counter, and seating areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
Supporting the team to ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times

A genuine interest in food and hospitality
Comfortable interacting with customers and working as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
Able to stay calm and organised during busy periods
Previous kitchen or café experience is beneficial but not essential
