Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Product Owner to support the deployment and management of AI initiatives within the AXA Global Healthcare insurance organisation. This role will focus on assisting with AI governance, capability building, and the rollout of AI tools across teams based in Tunbridge Wells, Paris, and Singapore. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business goals, compliance standards, and best practices.,
- Support the implementation of AI governance frameworks and policies to ensure ethical and compliant AI usage.
- Assist in the development and execution of capability-building programs to enhance AI literacy and skills within the organisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across international teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure effective delivery of AI tools.
- Coordinate with data scientists, engineers, and business units to facilitate the deployment of AI solutions.
- Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, prioritised, and ready for development.
- Monitor the performance and adoption of AI tools, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on AI trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to the health insurance industry. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of data analytics and a strong interest, or foundational knowledge in AI and machine learning.
- Demonstrable business outcomes (reducing cost) and prior experience in product ownership and management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Stakeholders include Senior business stakeholders COO, CSO, CRO and IT and risk teams across the business plus 3^rd part vendors, outsourcing partners.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects across different regions and cultural contexts.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the enthusiasm to learn and apply knowledge within the AI space.
- Open to consider sector experience outside of Insurance and /or Finance. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
