Full Job Description

  • As an AI Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI applications, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work closely with experienced AI engineers, data engineers, and product teams to prototype, test, and scale AI-driven capabilities that deliver measurable business value.
  • This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and applied AI, and is ideal for an engineer who is excited about building reliable, responsible, and high-quality AI systems rather than standalone models.
  • As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in the development of applications using LLMs and Generative AI tools.
  • Collaborating with API and platform teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable integrations.
  • Creating, fine-tuning, and adapting pre-trained models to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Monitoring model outputs for quality, bias, security, and continued relevance.
  • Proposing, experimenting with, and documenting prompts, system designs, and AI workflows.
  • Supporting best practices across responsible AI, model evaluation, and operational deployment.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, preferably with a focus on data and AI.
  • Be proficient in Python and SQL, with experience working in modern data and analytics environments.
  • Have a solid understanding of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
  • Demonstrate hands-on interest or experience with Generative AI and LLM-based techniques such as prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Bring working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Be comfortable collaborating across engineering, product, and architecture teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Show curiosity, structured problem-solving skills, and a willingness to continuously learn in a fast-moving field.
