AI Business Analyst

We are seeking an individual with a genuine passion for applied AI and data science within the Technology space, who is eager to learn, grow and make a meaningful impact. Bringing established experience as an AI Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Head of Technology Delivery and the wider Technology team to design, validate, build and deploy AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value. As we develop an exciting AI strategy and roadmap for the business, this role will be central to supporting the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, helping Ridge unlock new levels of value, efficiency and insight through intelligent automation, advanced analytics and machine-learning capabilities. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the discovery of AI opportunities across our various disciplines. You will collaborate closely with project teams, internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities, analyse requirements and recommend solutions that are innovative, scalable and aligned with our strategic objectives. A hands-on approach and a willingness to engage with detail are essential. What you need to do to be effective in this role

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Familiar with AI technologies and applications
• Ability to identify opportunities and value drivers
• Contribute to the creation of robust business cases for proposed AI solutions
• Evaluate the feasibility, scalability and potential impact of AI projects
• Provide technical guidance and best practice within a project landscape
• Lead the development of projects with multiple deliverables
• Develop and test AI models and algorithms
• Support with end user documentation, training and adoption
• Communicate results to external stakeholders and leadership
  
  Good knowledge of AI Agents and LLM based solutions
• Working knowledge of coding languages such as Python
• Demonstrated experience with low-code no-code platforms, preferably within Copilot Studio
• Proven experience with delivering AI and machine learning projects
• Experience spanning small, isolated implementations to larger org-wide initiatives
• Experience in data analysis, machine learning and AI development
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication, presentation and visualisation skills
