AI Application Architecture Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will shape intelligent, cloud-native application designs using agentic AI to accelerate delivery across the SDLC. You will influence architecture direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead transformational initiatives across client portfolios. You'll drive modernisation, guide executive discussions, and develop templates and accelerators to scale AI-enabled delivery. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on real-world impact in enterprise environments, with opportunities to advance AI adoption and engineering productivity. You will work closely with delivery, sales, and partner teams to turn strategy into executable solutions. Pay / Benefits

• Lead discussions and workshops with C-Level and senior stakeholders on application modernisation strategies Act as trusted advisor to drive digital transformation initiatives Design and lead Proof of Value engagements for client transformation programs Provide SME capabilities on remediation, technologies, and transformation across infrastructure, software, and integration Validate solution approaches for modernisation projects and secure sign-off on technical and functional deliverables Collaborate with delivery, sales, and partner teams to shape proposals and ensure successful execution Provide technical leadership and mentor solution architects on delivery teams Lead assessments transforming legacy environments with modernisation strategies (refactor, replatform, replace) Establish modernisation frameworks and enforce architectural standards across programs Apply AI agents across all delivery phases (analysis, design, build, test, deploy, operations) Drive AI adoption across practices and regions, shaping AI-driven roadmaps Develop accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable assets for agentic AI patterns Guide engineering, data, and DevOps teams on AI automation and pipeline integration Travel occasionally for high-value client engagements Tasks Key requirements
