As part of our Executive team, you'll shape and deliver our agricultural and environmental strategy while supporting our wider mission of farming with purpose. Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver our agricultural strategy in line with company goals
• Own our environmental & CSR agenda
• Oversee farming operations, P&L, compliance, and safety
• Champion innovation in poultry and support Cornwall's farming future
• Report regularly to the board and mentor a values-driven team
  
  Senior leadership experience in agriculture/poultry
• Strategic thinking with strong operational and P&L understanding
• A passion for sustainability, farming, and developing people
