Join one of Cornwall's most exciting premium food businesses - St. Ewe Free Range Eggs - as our new Agriculture Director. We're a fast-growing, family-run company passionate about farming sustainably, reducing environmental impact, and producing outstanding British eggs. As part of our Executive team, you'll shape and deliver our agricultural and environmental strategy while supporting our wider mission of farming with purpose. Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver our agricultural strategy in line with company goals
- Own our environmental & CSR agenda
- Oversee farming operations, P&L, compliance, and safety
- Champion innovation in poultry and support Cornwall's farming future
- Report regularly to the board and mentor a values-driven team
Senior leadership experience in agriculture/poultry - Strategic thinking with strong operational and P&L understanding
- A passion for sustainability, farming, and developing people
- Collaborative spirit with a bold, proactive mindset
