Agricultural Planning Lead- Pork & Lamb

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an Integrated Planning Lead to join our growing team. This is a key role focused on delivering data-driven planning solutions, optimising supply chain performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across our operations. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Agriculture, Procurement, Finance, and Planning teams, you will help balance service, cost, capacity, and inventory while driving continuous improvement., Lead integrated planning and supply optimisation activities.

Develop planning models and provide actionable business insights.

Support S&OP and long-term planning processes.

Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Experience in supply chain, planning, FMCG, or food manufacturing environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
