Agricultural Engineering Lecturer

The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, including barred list information, as this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. South Staffordshire College is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer in Agricultural Engineering to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality teaching across a range of Level 2 & 3 programmes. Based in our well-equipped agricultural engineering workshops, this role involves delivering a blend of practical and theoretical sessions. We are looking for an innovative educator who can design and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge learners, helping them to develop both technical skills and a deep understanding of the subject. You will be responsible for following agreed schemes of work, assessment plans, and student monitoring procedures to ensure learners achieve and exceed their target grades. • A relevant professional qualification in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.

A teaching qualification is not essential, but you must be willing to work towards one in line with current regulations.
