Full Job Description
- Guiding and coaching the Scrum team in the Agile Methodologies used in Hastings Direct
- Driving a culture of relentless improvement through regular Inspect and Adapt sessions to improve the Scrum Team's KPI (velocity, defects, estimation accuracy etc)
- Ensuring Agile ceremonies retain the purpose they are designed for and remain adequate, efficient and effective
- Participating in the Scrum of Scrums, escalating all programme level impediments in a timely manner

Practical experience working as an Agile Professional in a software change / delivery management role - Familiarity or knowledge across the following areas (or comparable equivalents): Agile development techniques and practices e.g. Scrum, XP, Kanban and SAFe
