Job Description:Job Title Agile Product Owner - Anti-Financial Crime TechnologyLocation LondonCorporate Title Vice PresidentAnti-Financial Crime (AFC) prevention is a top priority at Deutsche Bank. We are investing in platforms, data, and technology to meet regulatory requirements and client expectations regarding AFC Risk Appetite management. Technology is at the heart of this investment. As an Agile Product Owner, you will maximize value by acting as the primary interface to Risk Appetite Statement users and stakeholders. You will be accountable for the product vision, delivery roadmap, product backlog, and realization of agreed product outcomes, working with the lines of business and AFC. - Develop and own the product backlog for the Risk Appetite Platform to deliver new capabilities and services such as straight-through processing, new suite of AFC metrics, dashboards and visualization, online workflows, data controls, attestation, and validation.
- Build deep relationships with users and customers to elicit requirements, shape Risk Appetite product vision, roadmap, and release backlog, and drive adoption of strategic processes
- Work with UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) specialists to ensure the product provides an exceptional user experience
- Collaborate with product director, architecture, and engineering leadership to define and drive product strategy and execution
- Support transition to a scaled agile framework as the product grows
- Act as an expert voice on regulatory remediation matters with the delivery teams
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience - Experience in a product owner, business analyst or product manager role
- Backlog management, prioritization, product roadmap maintenance, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition
- Understanding system architecture, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with Anti-Financial Crime and Risk Management is preferred
