Agile Delivery Manager - Data | Azure | Microsoft Fabric | Data Platforms London/Hybrid | Contract | £585 p/d Outside IR35 We are hiring an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead delivery across multiple teams within a large-scale cloud data platform transformation programme. This role sits at the centre of data engineering, cloud platforms and business delivery, driving outcomes across a complex, multi-team environment. Key Skills Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Agile PM, Data Platforms, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, ETL, Data Pipelines, Data Engineering, Informatica (IDMC), DevOps, CI/CD, RAID, PMO, Governance, Stakeholder Management Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery across multiple agile teams (up to 6)
  • Manage dependencies, risks and interlocks across programmes
  • Drive incremental delivery of data platform capabilities
  • Work closely with Product Owners on roadmaps and prioritisation
  • Ensure delivery aligns with PMO governance, stage gates and reporting
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Coordinate vendors and offshore teams
  • Maintain visibility of delivery metrics and progress
    • Required Experience
  • Proven experience as Agile Delivery Manager/Senior Scrum Lead/Agile PM
  • Experience delivering data or cloud transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of:
    • + Data pipelines/ETL/reporting platforms + Azure or cloud environments
  • Experience managing multiple teams and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management (business + IT + vendors)
  • Experience in governance-heavy/regulated environments
    • Desirable
  • Microsoft Fabric/Azure Integration Services
  • Informatica (IDMC)
  • Financial services experience
