In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital products and transformation initiatives, working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. You will create an environment where teams can perform at their best, removing barriers, shaping delivery approaches, and ensuring a clear focus on value, user needs, and measurable results. By collaborating closely with stakeholders and senior leaders, you will align delivery with strategic priorities while maintaining momentum in fast-paced, evolving environments.
You will also play a key role in strengthening delivery capability-coaching teams and clients in agile ways of working, improving delivery maturity, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Alongside delivering at pace, you will help organisations adopt modern tooling, automation, and AI-enabled practices to enhance efficiency and insight, while remaining focused on sustainable, outcome-driven delivery.
Lead & Deliver end-to-end agile delivery across products, services, and transformation programmes
Enable & Empower high-performing teams by removing impediments and fostering collaboration and ownership
Align & Influence stakeholders to ensure delivery meets strategic goals and user needs
Shape & Adapt delivery approaches using agile, lean, and hybrid methodologies
Drive & Optimise value-led delivery through continuous improvement and outcome focus
Plan & Forecast across roadmaps, releases, risks, and dependencies
Coach & Develop teams and clients to improve agile maturity and delivery performance
Build & Maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across complex environments
Contribute & Evolve CGI's agile community through mentoring and sharing best practice
To succeed, you will bring strong experience leading agile delivery in complex digital environments, with the ability to balance structure and flexibility to achieve outcomes. You will be confident working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders, combining excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, value-driven mindset. A passion for continuous improvement, coaching, and delivering measurable impact will be key to thriving in this role.
You should have strong experience leading agile delivery across digital or transformation programmes
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex change initiatives
Strong knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with practical application
Experience managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
Ability to drive outcome-focused delivery using metrics, planning, and forecasting
Experience coaching teams and improving agile maturity and delivery performance
Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
