- Coach and support Agile at scale adoption across two portfolios.
- Lead or support SAFe implementation activities in a banking environment.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align delivery priorities and drive momentum.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Support teams in adopting Agile ways of working and improving delivery outcomes.
- Provide practical guidance, facilitation, and coaching to help teams and leaders embrace change.
- Operate across geographically distributed stakeholders in London and the US.
- Help shape and progress portfolio agendas while maintaining stakeholder confidence and engagement.
We are seeking a senior Agile at Scale professional with strong experience coaching and implementing Agile in complex enterprise environments, ideally within banking. The successful candidate will have deep SAFe expertise, a proven track record of leading or supporting SAFe implementations, and the ability to operate confidently across multiple portfolios spanning London and the US., Strong experience coaching and implementing Agile at scale. - Hands-on experience working in a SAFe environment.
- Relevant SAFe certifications.
- Previous experience leading or supporting SAFe implementations.
- Experience working in the Banking sector.
- Ability to clearly articulate prior experience and demonstrate impact using practical examples.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Ability to engage confidently with both business and technology audiences. Desirable Experience
- Consumer Risk knowledge.
- Experience in Consumer Risk, Risk Finance, or Treasury.
- Experience operating across multiple portfolios or business areas. Personal Attributes
