Agentic Service Design Architect - Digital Engineer

Define and structure agentic service delivery models by translating service requirements into detailed agent workflows, interaction patterns, and operational designs. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze service requirements (e.g., ITSM, operations, business processes)
• Design agentic workflows and orchestration logic
• Define interaction models between agents, systems, and humans
• Produce agent flow specifications and design artifacts
• Ensure designs align with governance, safety, and platform constraints
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure implementability
• Optimize flows for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability
  
  Strong background in service design / process engineering
• Experience with workflow modeling (BPMN, orchestration, automation tools)
• Ability to define logical flows and decision trees
• Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and agent behavior modeling
• Experience with ITSM processes (incident, change, problem)
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Familiarity with workflow tools (n8n, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Exposure to agent-based architectures
• Understanding of human involvement patterns (human out of the loop, human after the loop, human on the loop, human in the loop) and escalation design
Experience Profile
• 6-10 years in service design, automation architecture, or process engineering
• Experience designing operational workflows in enterprise environments
