Agency Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Agency Surveyor to join our dynamic Leisure team based in our Margaret Street office. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong sector knowledge and a passion for transactional work to take on a varied role involving the sale and letting of licensed premises, day nurseries, and a variety of leisure-related properties across London and the wider South of England. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving forward agency instructions, supporting valued clients, and contributing to the overall growth and reputation of the team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse and complex portfolio of leisure assets, giving you exposure to high-profile clients, challenging instructions, and a fast-moving market. Our 70 person team can handle large corporate projects, but we also pride ourselves on working closely with smaller independent clients who value our hands-on personal approach. We can assist clients with valuation, management, business rates, consultancy and we have a dedicated caravan parks planning and development team which understands the intricacies of the planning process for this type of property and has expertise in site licensing.
