Experteer Overview As Aftersales Manager, you will lead the workshop, Service Advisors and parts department at Evans Halshaw Ford Walsall. You will drive profitability through labour, parts and efficient service delivery while ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards. You'll set targets, manage budgets, and maintain health and safety, all while elevating the customer experience to achieve a high CSI. This role offers scope to shape aftersales in a large dealer group and contribute to sustainable growth. Pay / Benefits
- Ensure warranty and repair work meets manufacturer and company standards Maximise Service department efficiency and profitability through labour, parts and materials Manage department accounts, budgets and costs Regularly review pricing policies and ensure compliance with legislation Lead the team with clear targets and KPIs to exceed objectives Maintain a safe working environment and health & safety compliance Enhance customer service levels to achieve a high CSI score for the department Tasks Experience in a target-driven environment with team leadership to exceed targets Passion for delivering exceptional customer service to drive retention Proven background running a workshop or parts department Strong business acumen Solid knowledge of consumer/vehicle legislation Key requirements 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Birthday day off Salary sacrifice scheme for a car Paid volunteering day Tailored training and career growth opportunities Cycle to work scheme
