Full Job Description

As Aftersales Manager, you will take ownership of the service department's daily operations, leading by example to ensure smooth workflow, a motivated team, and most importantly, outstanding customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day service operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards in all areas.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing your team, fostering a positive culture and professional growth.
  • Driving revenue by identifying and promoting upselling opportunities for additional products and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, conducting regular equipment inspections.
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimise processes and deliver the best service.
  • Overseeing inventory management for parts and supplies, ensuring seamless operational support.

    Proven managerial experience within a service-oriented or automotive environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with modern systems and equipment.
  • A passion for customer service excellence, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire your team.
  • The ability to effectively upsell services while prioritising customer satisfaction.
  • Great organisational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
