Full Job Description

We are recruiting an Aftersales Advisor to support existing customers following service delivery. Based in Guildford, this temporary role focuses on post-service support, ensuring customers receive timely assistance, follow-ups, and resolution to any outstanding queries. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys maintaining relationships and providing reassurance and support after a service has been completed. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers after services have been delivered.
  • Handling follow-up calls and emails to address queries, feedback, or concerns.
  • Managing aftersales enquiries such as amendments, clarifications, and issue resolution.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure outcomes are completed and communicated.
  • Updating customer records accurately and maintaining detailed case notes.
  • Ensuring customer issues are followed through to completion in a timely manner.
