As a Junior Baker, you will make our award-winning breads using methods of mixing, baking, scaling and shaping. This job is for you if you like a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a team. Experience is not needed; you will learn on the job. Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

• Supporting the oven team with baking our hand-crafted artisan breads
• Loading and unloading trays from ovens safely and efficiently
• Monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure top-quality products
• Learning to identify when products are baked to perfection
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Keeping your workspace organised and assisting with cleaning routines
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

  Hourly rate of £13.55 per hour (bi-weekly pay)
