After School Club Support Worker

Monday to Friday, 3.15pm - 5.15pm (10 hours per week)

We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic After School Support Worker. The successful candidate will be a dedicated person who will encourage and engage with the children and who have the patience to work with young children. Willingness to organise games and activities in line with the school\'s policy for enrichment activities. Must be able to work as part of team, forming positive relationships with staff, parents and pupils.
Our Before and After School Club provides provision for 3 to 11 year olds, offering a safe, stimulating environment for children, with creative and appropriate play opportunities.
Ideally the post holder will hold a minimum Level 2 Early Years Childcare and / or Play Qualification or be willing to work towards the qualification. It is desirable that the post holder has recent and relevant experience of working in a Breakfast or After School Club setting but not essential as training will be given. The post holder will also be trained as an appointed First Aider. They will work to deliver an excellent service, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
