You'll lead afront-of-house team, ensuring smooth operations in the bar and food outlets.Your role is customer-facing, with a key focus on interacting with our ArmedForces personnel every day.Join Sodexo and take on a role where yourleadership makes a real difference, with opportunities to grow and developalong the way.What you'll do:Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard, while motivating your team to do the same.Oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards in all front-of-house areas.Collaborate with catering management and chefs to maintain smooth communication and team alignment.Promote and enforce health and safety practices-be proactive about spotting
