Aerospace Coppersmith

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Coppersmith to join our skilled fabrication team. This role is integral to the manufacture of precision sheet metal components, ducting and pipework assemblies used in high-performance aerospace applications. You will play a key role in interpreting engineering data and transforming raw materials into complex, high-tolerance components, working strictly in line with aerospace quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, form, and assemble aerospace sheet metal components, including ducting, pipework and structural fabrications.
  
  Proven experience as a Coppersmith / Sheet Metal Worker within aerospace or high-spec manufacturing.
• Strong background working with precision sheet metal and fabricated assemblies.
• Experience handling aerospace-grade materials such as aluminium, stainless steel or titanium.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of tolerances, form control and dimensional accuracy.
• Familiarity with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 (NADCAP awareness beneficial).
• High level of manual dexterity and craftsmanship. Desired Skills
• Welding knowledge (TIG, especially on thin gauge materials).
• Experience with inspection tools and basic measurement techniques.
• Knowledge of aerospace ducting and pipework assemblies.
