What you'll do

• Lead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyze requirements, define key business drivers and define an effective and innovative solution
• Manage the end-to-end project life cycle, including effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and execution, along with risk management, budget, timeline and related reporting
• Manage project resourcing and commercials, including forecasting, time management and invoicing
• Handle project communication to client and/or partner and internally within the organisation
• Be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standards
• Be customer focused and results driven, helping customers succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions
• Work with other teams to provide the customer with the One Adobe experience
• Actively participate in PMO practice development

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor or mixed vendor/customer background
• Demonstrated project management experience with Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions
• Experience implementing Adobe solutions such as AEM and AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign and Commerce
• Ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to executive level within an organization
• Experience delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM
• Professional project management qualification and business consulting background
• Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones, with full fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
