- The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and forensic background. If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care. You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.
