Further Information
Are you passionate about improving health and reducing inequalities? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Advanced Public Health Practitioner to lead the Ageing Well agenda across South Tees.
You will lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of programmes that support healthy ageing, promote independence and improve healthy life expectancy. Working across Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland, you will build strong partnerships to deliver prevention-focused approaches that address frailty, dementia, falls, loneliness, social isolation, and the wider determinants of health.
The successful candidate will have significant public health experience, strong programme management skills, and the ability to influence strategic decision-making across complex partnerships.
