You will undertake a varied caseload of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency examinations, working closely with sonographers, radiologists, clinicians, and the wider multidisciplinary team. The role can be tailored to support development in specialist areas based on experience and interests. As part of ongoing service expansion, opportunities include:
- Interventional ultrasound
- Vascular ultrasound (with training)
- Advanced clinical practice (Band 8a)
